Say your answer out loud first, then jot down the key points you made. Writing it helps you spot gaps — and it's what the AI feedback reads.

I'd say a good doctor needs competence, communication, integrity and the ability to work in a team — and underpinning all of them, self-awareness about their own limits.
On my placement I watched a consultant tell a junior colleague, in front of the team, 'I'm not sure — let's ask the renal team.'1 It showed both integrity and teamwork: admitting uncertainty rather than guessing, in a way that made it normal for everyone else to do the same.
If I had to choose one, I'd pick honesty2. Patients have to trust that what their doctor tells them is true, colleagues need to trust you'll say when something's wrong, and without honesty, competence can become dangerous — the Mid Staffordshire inquiry3 showed what happens when problems aren't spoken about. That said, they're interdependent: honesty without good communication can be brutal, and kindness without competence doesn't help anyone.
For me, communication is a strength I've built through tutoring, but managing uncertainty is something I'm still developing4. I tend to want a definite answer, so I've been deliberately practising problems without clear solutions — which I know will matter far more in medicine.
